Derrick Lewis is operating at 60% of the potential he could be. If he joined a legit camp, changed up his diet and lost 25 pounds, he’d be a monster. He’s complaining about his back but he’s not doing the necessary things to stay healthy. It’s a shame because he’s such a likable guy and he’s been able to climb to the top 3 in spite of his lack of attention paid to caring for his body.
