Eh at least they ain't out there doing gypsy scams. I grabbed one of them the other day because they tried to scam on old people. They would touch them all over and try to steal their wallets or jewelry. They also do some weird shit where they pretend to be another race. The old lady/victim was talking to us in Spanish and I realized they didn't understand it too.

Very low iq. Not only because she threw away her chance to stay over sunglasses. But because I know some real dumb people who successfully have stolen larger or harder to get items from Wal-Mart and never got caught or rarely did.

The fact that she couldn't even steal sunglasses says something. How she made it here is another question entirely.
