Television Department Q - On Netflix

Yeah + juan on this.
IIRC I first pissy about the young boy suddenly being much older.
Then I realized it was the same actor but there is what 10 years between the last 2 seasons.

Yes, there were many years between. The third season was very tough on the emotions. Taboo topics in the family came to the surface and resulted in harsh words. A scene that was incredibly strong was when the rape victim from the first season who later became a police officer in the third season gave a gigantic scolding to the son who was himself the product of a rape. No one could understand why he wanted to get to know his rapist father.

Unfortunately I can't find that particular scene but this one was also very good.

Check out Happy Valley.

One of the best series I've seen that was fantastic from start to finish through all 3 seasons. She who has the main role and plays a police officer really knows how to act. I don't think I've seen a stronger performance than hers by another female actor. And the antagonist is truly a soul that God forgot.

Happy Valley was awesome. If you want a couple more to watch, check out Boat Story and the Tourist.

Getting back to the thread, I may start this show inamin.

Boat Story is quite fun.
Blue Lights is decent.
Martin Freemans The protector, is really good. Season 2 sadly drops a bit.

I honestly recommend Valley Cops a documentary show.
Its feels like a series but is real life.
