Pretty much a landslide with Kucinich only receiving 20.8% of the vote so far. Guess the late Tulsi Gabbard help didn’t hit with the people of Ohio .

Curious how this plays out. Kasich seemed like a good politician on the conservative side that got drowned out by the more crazies in the current batch of GOP

Hoping Kasich wins for that regard, but don't know much about this Cordray guy

Kasich can’t run again. I believe the states A.G. won the republican nomination for governor.

Thanks. Haven't paid close attention to that at all. Interesting, and too bad from my limited perspective

DeWine won the Republican nomination. He's an anti-pot crusader. Cordray has a solid record.

I have a soft spot for "Crazy Dennis the Boy Mayor" but he would not have had a chance in hell in the general. He would've crippled democrats down the ballot, too. I like Cordray, he'll get my vote.

Joe Schiavoni was my guy, but we all knew he wasn't going to win. Politicians from Youngstown are pretty badass.

For a second, I thought the TS said Gabbard died and I was like, "when did *that* happen?"

Beam me up!

C'mon man, Traficant is the all time best example of tough minded, crotchety Youngstown pols.

LOL something must be in the water down there. When I hear Youngstown politicians speak, I think: "Wow, this guy seems genuine. He also seems like he's two seconds away from sucker punching me."

I for one appreciate it.

Too bad I would have loved to see Ohio's new first lady hot! She is a 6 foot tall stunner.

Seeing these two together at rallies is hilarious. She's a solid foot taller than him and has that vibrant red hair. They really stick out. I shouldn't make fun of them though, they seem like good people.

I would have voted for Kasich in the general over Hillary.

Kucinich... the only man whose name rhymes with "spinach." Fittingly, it also rhymes with "finished."

She holds him up when they Standing 69.

Dems trying the old "republican-lite" technocrat strategy again with Cordray. Hopefully it works as well for him as it did for Hillary.

The big Kucinich defeat in a party primary is a weather vane. A lot of progressives continue to trickle out of old Muley as a result of seeing what the DNC did to Sanders. That may not bode well for dem's hopes of taking back the House or Senate. Much less keeping Trump from becoming a two-term'er.

Eh, not really the feeling I get as an Ohioan. Clinton defeated Sanders with relative ease in Ohio during the primary, Sanders would've lost the state to Trump even worse than Hillary did.

A lot of far left progressives seem to think they make up the majority of the party, but the reality is Ohio democrats are far more moderate, the vast majority anyway. Cordray is a solid candidate and was the only one running that gives the Dems a chance in November.

Not sure it is fair to classify Cordray as Republican-lite solely because he isn't as far left as Dennis. Cordray is a darling of Elizabeth Warren FFS.

Kusinich will be back in Congress if he wants to. He's a kook, but he actually cares about his constituents and is well liked in Northeast Ohio.

I'm hoping the right is ready for Kasich as their presidential nominee
