I like Bermudez and I'm sure he'll be the favorite, but I'm taking Fili. Bermudez is chinny and has been very hittable in past fights. Fili is very inconsistent but he's more than capable of putting guys out if he can land a clean shot.

Dennis has had shitty iq (+ glass jaw) cost him fights he shouldn't have lost. If he puts the pieces together he wins this one.

There was a time not all that long ago that Bermudez was a win or two away from a title shot. Would love to see him get his swagger back, but I think he's on the decline.

By all accounts of skill and ceiling, Bermudez should have this fight and be the favorite. But he's not got the best momentum on his side. Even at his worst, it should be competitive, but Fili has got more than a fighting chance in this. With Dennis getting knocked out twice, sandwiching two pretty meaningless wins, then practically drawing Elkins isn't exactly an upward movement from his 7 fight win streak a few years ago.

I'd like to see that Dennis again, but I'm afraid of thinking that was a one time thing.

Two very inconsistent guys. Who the fuck knows what will happen in this fight but it should be a fun scrap.

Yeah he looked awesome when he first started his climb through FW. That streak, imo, is the only thing keeping him in the top 15. He hasn't really looked like a top 15 fighter for quite awhile. Not that Fili has ever proven to be a consistent top guy but he's proven he can knock guys out when he lands and Bermudez's chin and striking defense has always been the weakest part of his game.
