This movie just dropped on Netflix. Stars Gerard Butler, 50 Cent, O'Shea Jackson, and Max Holloway has a cool minor role, which caught me off guard. Extremely solid Heist movie. Great gun combat scenes, well filmed, interesting characters, and thoroughly exciting. Yall should check out this movie. Its good.

Is that Pablo schriber on the cover? His performance as pornstache had made me a lifelong fan. Will watch. Thanks for the heads up.
I love heist movies

Saw it in the theater. It was solid. Really like the gunplay and I thought it had a Great shooting range scene

Oh yeah. The shootouts and gun mechanics/handling were spot on. That scene at the end with the long range rifle battle in traffic.

I thought it was good. The gun shootouts had some ‘Heat’ vibes to it which I really liked.

I think I've seen every part.of it bur never in its entirely. Will probably have to watch it.

Another Heat knock off like Triple Nine. Even the cop character is ripped off from Heat - LOL.

It had the potential to be a lot better

Okay this thread isn't too old to bump;
What was the point of the chinese food thing? Why have to make a nasty old delivery (where he got lucky they wanted that exact order) instead of just going? Also i assume since he put the bag there the first time there was no other deliveries made in between, so the guard let him slide on not signing in based on seeing him only one other time ever?
Can anyone clarify this for me? Cause while some parts seemed overly complicated this was the one bit that i didn't even follow how it was supposed to work

The twist with Ice Cubes son was fucking stupid imo. Rest of the movie was solid

The shoot out scene at the end was spectacular. Honestly the entire move was much better than I ever would've imagined.

I just finished this after watching Heat a few days ago. This movie is a blatant ripoff of Heat with a nice little twist at the end.

Aside from Holloway, Oleg Taktarov and Michael Bisping had roles in this movie, as well as another MMA fighter who fought Jens Pulver way back.

edit -it was John Lewis who Jens KO'd in 11 seconds.

8.5/10

Cubes kid is actually a decent actor. Seen this twice both times thought was decent. Not on the level of Hackmans Heist from early 00s but solid. I rate this better than " The Town" in terms of rewatchability and to mecthats the biggest metric for a success film

Saw this a couple years back and enjoyed it, definitely rips off Heat and a few other action heist flicks but it was a fun ride, lots of great gun battles and balls to the wall action, just dont think too deeply on it

Is the black guy underneath 50 Brian Pumper or Lloyd Banks?

Lloyd Banks was definitely NOT in the movie unless he and Fiddy had a song on the soundtrack, but never saw him once. Idk who the other guy is.

The guy on the poster is Ice Cube's neppy baby.
