Bradley Martin has been training BJJ for probably around a year now. Fairly regularly I believe too.

Say that, DJ should take it with speed and cardio.

Hopefully he gets paid as well.
 
On one hand, I hate fucking Bradley Martyn. Never got why the guy is popular, he's a fucking asshole, a scam artist, and quite a few people that worked with him in the fitness industry have acussed him of being a backstabbing piece of shit.
On the other hand, I can't stand the typical twink nerds that every time they see someone with slightly above average muscle mass have to comment how "muscle doesn't win fights", "skill over muscles", etc.. Yeah, right, but you don't have muscles nor skill, so shut the fuck up.

From sparring new bodybuilders at the gym i can guarantee he's a stiff uncoordinated zero cardio softie like 99.9% of them, a jogger that scraps from time to time beats up a bodybuilder in my opinion there is something that makes them unathletic and shitty kickboxers i dont know what it is.

I don't think Shaw was trying at all with Dustin when they grappled. The strength difference was otherworldly and when Brian was on his back he basically easily shoved Dustin off him and was just laughing while they were rolling. Looks like he didn't even try to get out of the RNC andlets be honest, if he just dropped to his back with Dustin on him, he probably would have broken something in Dustin.

He loses to dustin, yes he breaks some of his ribs but he loses 30 seconds later these are obese guys with very skill specific shitty muscle instead of fat

The level of strength difference is literally worlds apart. Most of the things Dustin tried on Brian didn't work due to the sheer size of him.

When he was on top of Dustin, Dustin literally said there was nothing he could do

Yes he cant do anything for 30 seconds before the fat powerlifter gasses, he just needs to keep the pressure and defend even if he doesnt budge he's flexing his non endurant muscle and using 0 technique.

Keep in mind that those fat cows are on steroids too so dustin should juice as well, they never "spar" more than 1 minute with smaller guys and claim they "won" because they're on top, thats just the start of the fight lol the whole point is to go for a loooong time and drown them
