Other words apart from "organic" have some meaning at least (let's not get into the debate whether gluten is so bad or not), but organic means being based on carbohydrates on molecular level, and not some hipster bullshit.

I came in to say that after years of thinking hummus is tasteless and gross, my lady friend brought some slightly more expensive hummus home and that shit is downright delicious. I've been missing out. Adam Sandler's Zohan movie tried to tell me this (I'm half Jewish ) and I just didn't listen

Trader Joes makes sriracha hummus and that stuff's probably the best ever.
