Dean Lister won an MMA fight last night

By ankle lock. Didn't see anything floating around about it. I wonder if his loss to Keenan was influenced by the fact that he's been training mostly MMA lately.

Crazy, did not know. Thanks TS. I'am sure Dean is glad to get the W after two straight loses to subs. Always enjoy seeing Lister in action, and an interesting guy.

I'm a big fan of Dean. It sucks that he's so inconsistent. I used to see him out at bars in San Diego all the time. I'd think to myself, "Aren't you fighting at ADCC in a few weeks?"

Thats a blast from the past, thanks for sharing. Dean Lister may be the posterchild of unrealized MMA potential. Imagine if he had a top notch striking game?
