DDP's style is just so ugly to watch

Yeah the guy is a great fighter and gets really good results but God darn is his style ugly to watch. There's just nothing aesthetically pleasing about it whatsoever. I've seen about 5 of his fights including tonight and the only thing I find myself thinking is how ugly his style is. It just reminds of Keith Jardine's style, a total eyesore. I hope his reign don't last too long cause I don't wanna be watching him in all these 5 round main events. Pls come back soon Izzy!!!

He has this thing about him. He always looks just on the verge of receiving a beat down. At all times. He reminds me of Jiri in that way. Though, recently at least, Dricus Africanus is getting it done while looking goofy.

some people like to see fun stuff. Some like intertainement, some others likes violence, or strategy, obviously you prefer when it's petty

His style is akin to Wreck-It Ralph. Dricus swings his arms and wades in head first like Donkey Kong. He threw some nice kicks in the first but mostly looked like a reckless clumsy oaf. His success is mainly from his hard head and his power. He had more cardio than I expect him to have but granted it was almost exclusively a standup spar type of fight.

Have to agree. Dricus is a very tough guy and good fighter but his striking looks clumsy as hell. He's so musclebound in his shoulders everything he throws looks anything but smooth.
