Have any of you tried this system, to get into shape or whatever? You hear good things from various people endorsing it, and it's 30% off, so I'm thinking about giving it a shot.

I know that I just need to get into shape again, I've been on the Steve Austin workout for too long.

It sure seems like a nice adaption to regular yoga.

I think it kept Scott Hall sober for years, which is no small feat.

Haven't tried it, but there have been some incredible results. DDP talks about it on the JRE. It's only seen in the documentary The Resurrection of Jake the Snake.

As always, I'm sure your mileage may vary.

For what it's worth, I've been doing yoga for ten plus years and I'd always recommend it. Flexibility and strength are always positives. Most people have no idea just how tight they are, and how damaging it can be to the body.

Last year I was diagnosed with stage four pancreatic cancer. I started DDP yoga and now I’m 100% cancer free.

Came here to see if it is Yoga by Diamond Dallas Page. No pictures or background on it, so I had to friggin google what it was.

Surprisingly not disappointed.

I was a big DDP fan back in the late 90s, and glad he's found a niche in his retirement.

WWE did him dirty when he was brought over from WCW, but at least they're doing right by him now. (One of the main reasons is because Vince owns a portion of the DDP Yoga company, I'm sure.)

That is damn impressive for any 63 year old. Period.

Honestly I think it's just Yoga mixed with self help. The more I looked in to it, the more I realized it was mostly just marketing. I mean you're still doing Yoga with DDP, so that's cool regardless, but I don't think there's anything special about it on a functional level.

Yoga almost anywhere would probably be as good. Maybe better. Find a local place with good instructors.

It was borderline comedy how bad they treated him.

I see people getting in shape doing weirder things. I know a guy that puts weighted packs on his back and goes hiking, Go Ruck. He is in phenomenal shape.

DPP Yoga would be a fun typo I think

I was fan of his wife more than anything:

I didn't like wrestling, but if I was flipping through the channels and saw her or Torrie Wilson, I'd stop and watch.

My wife’s brother-in-law has done DDP yoga for a few years, he’s had pretty good things to say about it.
