Had they fought in Strikeforce, DC.
If you remember, Werdum was actually doing well in those striking exchanges he had with the demolition man. Corimier was without a doubt a better striker than Werdum was at the time. Couple that with DC's vastly superior grappling, his power at heavyweight and Overeem's weak chin, and I think we would have had an upset back then.

For about 2 rounds? I think so. He'd mainly need to avoid a knee to the body or some heavy shit out of left field.
He survived Rumble's power, so I think he could survive Overeem's. His wrestling is on a different level, as well. I think he probably grinds out a decision, or tko's Overeem once he's run out of steam. He is the better fighter - just the lesser striker, and smaller.

But all of DC's losses came to a roider, and Ubereem in USADA times shouldn't exist if they do their job.

I'm a huge Reem fan so I might be a little biased, but I think DC shoots for a take down and eats an Uberknee. If he gets Reem down, he'll get caught in a guillotine.

Werdum would throw his little strikes and the moment Reem punched back, werdum flopped on the ground and waved reem in. He did this the entire fight.
