I seem to have the opposite opinion as most on here. DC and Rogan are 2 of my favorite analysts. I like how they’re a bit unprofessional. To each their own.

Rogan is iconic for UFC commentary, don't get me wrong. He's a great hype man type of color commentator, but he's biased AF towards popular fighters, frequently misdiagnoses situations, and it's rare he corrects himself. He's entertaining, his voice and name recognition are off the charts, but I think Rogan's actual analysis is pretty disappointing given his experience level and access to fighters/coaches.

To be fair to DC, the other commentators are trash and some much worse like Bisping and Joe. At least DC knows not to ramble on or take 5 mins to describe something that should only take a min. They really need to get some better ones. Joe and Bisping need to be fired or demoted to the regionals.

I am not going to argue Joe isn't good either. Dude is awful. More and more people are talking about it so it looks like "Joe was doing it when i fell in love with ufc" is washing off. Bisbing is actually really good for post fight stuff but live commentary he is truly awful. I don't mind cruz because he sees the action better then most of them but he gets super petty and cant let it go or move on. But watch back fights with wild finishes that he called. 2-3 minutes before the finish you usually can find cruz commenting about how it can get finished from here. Its wild how well he sees the game. Just needs a better personality.

Cruz is correct and DC should have the right to be offended. I know he’s a commentator, but being analytical isn’t really his style. He’s a happy go lucky all time HOFer with a colorful personality and that’s why he’s there. It’s pretty clear he isn’t super prepared, so Cruz’s take is fair. Is what it is.
