No I think the defense against Trump using the Guard was the stats she had fixed. I’m still pretty hesitant to ever use the guard like this outside extraordinary situations, but fixing the stats is still pretty unforgivable imo

All politics aside that’s a total pos move. Those stats are used by people and local governments to guide decisions
