They're basically making it seem that crime is lower than what it's really at.

Surely it's a conspiracy across the entire country, every state and jurisdiction are manipulating the crime figures!

It couldn't be that crime is actually at the lowest point in our lifetime and the grifting loser conservatives are just beating the same drum as usual.

Crime is basically as low as it has ever been since we started collecting data on it at all.

You have to "show" things are just another 3 million in funding away from getting drastically better (to hire more officers and pay more OT of course...not for my raise, a personal assistant to do most of my work and a new department luxury vehicle for my everyday use of course...)
