DC made Anderson bleed like never before

If you know Anderson you know he rarely ever bleeds unless he takes a lot of damage (last i can remember is a bit of blood in his mouth vs. Chael). Not even Weidman could cut Anderson.

I am usually no big Anderson fan but i take my hat off to him for stepping up with 2 days notice and without any training camp, obviously low on the gas tank to fight the LHW champion. Great stuff Anderson Silva. This loss does not diminish his greatness in any way because the odds were certainly against him for fight preparation. I still believe that he could take the MW belt back at any time against anyone if he prepares himself properly. No MW fighter has his level of striking and movement skills.
