DC-Lesnar vs Wilder-Fury

And you know this how? He says the same shit Conor says, and yet despite being 2 feet taller in a bigger sport, he can't get half as famous. He's just a poor man's McGregor. Of course when you rip someone off, you're not going to admit it out-right. Fury sees McGregor's success at cutting promos and he copies him, but he's so bad he does a terrible job at doing it. That's the long and short of it.

That’s amazing cause there’s press conferences of him aged 22 in 2011 talking mad shit before he fought Chisora. He must have been keeping a close eye on the Irish independent MMA scene at that time though going by your logic! Cheers for the heads up <Lmaoo>

You're only half right, Fury wasn't paying attention to the Irish indie MMA scene, but he was indeed paying attention to his friend Philip Sutcliffe's Crumlin Boxing Club where Conor started his career, it was where Conor made a small name for himself for his trash talk and persona, well before even getting into MMA. Fury just ripped it all off and he won't even admit it.

It all makes sense, he decided to copy a at that time nobody MMA fighter and former amateur boxer after getting the heads up from Phil Sutcliffe <45> That explains it!

Your sarcasm is duly noted. There's nothing far-fetched about this. He got to know Conor through their mutual acquaintance, and he liked Conor's style so he copied it. That's the effect Conor has on people. That's why Dana and the Fertittas got so pumped after having dinner with him once, back when he was just a no name on the European regional circuit. This is exactly why they talk the same stupid shit but Conor does it so much better.

I mean just think about how much worse a 6'9" mensch would have to be at promoting himself, when he says the same shit as a 5'6" beta manlet and yet fewer people are interested. Of course he's not going to admit he copied Conor, because it's fucking embarrassing.

I think we’ll need to agree to disagree on this one bro, I do enjoy your conspiracy theory though.

I don't need to watch the Wilder-Fury promo to know it's better. Just by being an actual good fight.

At no point in time during Conor's UFC career did Fury exceed him in name value.

Physically, Conor is a beta manlet compared to Fury.
Promotionally, Fury is a zeta micro midget compared to Conor.

Promotion is not about who did it first. It's about who made it popular.

This comparison is only in the USA, Conor fights in a promotion in the States. Fury has only ever fought once in the states and this was before your comparison starts. So it is pointless.
Fury was a great fighter that messed himself up, with his coke and PED bans and also his ability to alienate most people with his tweets and comments.
But he was famous in the UK and Ireland before Conor (Has family and fought quite a few times in Belfast). Dude is an ass in a different way than Conor and harder to like by most but he deserves respect for defeating an active and slightly younger Wladimir Klitschko than AJ did (When AJ fought Klitschko he had been inactive for a year and a half - mainly cause Fury messed him about with Injury/Fake Injury and drugs suspension).

??? Fury has been doing his thing before McGregor was a thing
No, Fury is a dizzy prick all on his own, he's been like that since day one, day one was about 5 BC ( before Conor).

Fury started his pro career the same year Conor did and he already knew Conor through his friend Philip Sutcliffe who owns the Crumlin Boxing Club where Conor started his career. Conor already made a small name for himself for his persona, well before even getting into MMA. Fury just ripped it all but he does a really bad job at copying it.

I thought it was better but was also total BS, both Fury and Deontay being full of hot air.

Fury messed himself up after this and Deontay has been avoiding the top guys while trying to appear relevant, he is fooling nobody with his BS AJ negotiations. This promo was 2 and a half years ago by the way and they are even further away from fighting. Fury is fighting chumps at the moment (His last fight being one of the biggest mismatches and jokes I have seen in a while, which was a real shame since his fight before that was Klitschko).

Worldwide statistics:

You were saying?

Fury can't even promote his 6'9" self half as well as Conor can with his 5'6" manlet frame. Dude is a terrible copycat no more no less.

But it does disprove your statement that went with it since there is a period there where Tyson is above him, but none of that proves your point of Tyson copying Conor, which is totally ridiculous and actually embarrassing. Stick it on UK and go back to the start (2004 till present) if you want to be accurate. But why anyone would argue with you on a topic (Tyson Fury) you obviously know nothing is beyond me. I was just pointing out yet another fallacy in one your graphs. Starting at Conor's career in UFC and limiting it to USA to prove a point about Tyson copying Conor when Tyson's career started a lot earlier than that was just silly. Using the amount of graphs and statistics you frequently do, a lot of them flawed in similar ways is quite silly on Sherdog.

BTW I am not even arguing a case for Tyson Fury here, that incident was January 2016 after the Artur Szpilka fight. Tyson messed up and got suspended after this and has since then only fought an unknown cruiser weight midget.

There's no extended period where Tyson is above Conor.

Right, you don't want me to use US statistics, but you want to stick to UK only statistics for your narrative. Totally no double standards.

Worldwide Tyson Fury doesn't have shit on Conor, not now, nor in the past. Tyson Fury is 6'9", he talks the same trash as Conor does, and yet is only a fraction as famous as the 5'6" manlet. If that doesn't tell you how bad he is at copying Conor's shtick, nothing will.

Not really since they both started out in UK/Ireland but your not really getting the point, your use of statistics here was pointless, I am not advocating using google trends to prove something as ludicrous as Tyson Fury copying an unknown Conor McGregor, especially since their styles are nothing alike. Tyson could definitely learn some things from Conor but I think he is too stubborn to even try and learn.
