If DC gets beat and especially if he gets KO'd the LHW division will be a joke. Jones is gone for who knows how long. DC (the division's current paper champ) will have lost to a washed up middleweight. They would almost have to do an immediate rematch if DC loses so that Anderson could get the title or DC could avenge the loss.

Yeah, I really don't get why people are so happy about this f-ing fight. Whomever wins, it will feel like a loss.

If DC loses, which is very unlikely, it will be terrible for the LHW division and a big face loss.

If Anderson loses, which is likely, he will probably be wrestlefucked into oblivion by a much bigger and stronger guy. Not a pretty thing to watch, if DC fully commits.

The midway is that both make a show event of it, DC not going 100 percent. Which again, would be shite also.

I just n't see a positive outcome. Doulbe KO maybe? Wait, no. Only hope now is that Silva will pull out because of some blue pills. ;)

I don't consider DC a paper champ anymore. He's the best fighter at that weight who is capable of making it into the octagon without crashing a car or doing a few lines of marching powder

I'm just happy they were able to salvage something from this debacle and that DC will still get to fight.

It is not a fight I will look forward to be seeing. If Sonnen could wrestlefuck prime blue pill Anderson, what you think DC will do?

So we're just ignoring the fact that arguably the best striker and wrestler ever in the sport agreed to fight each other on two days notice?

Just sit back and appreciate the competition for what it is..

Interesting perspective TS and I agree with you. Except I don't think AS is washed up. He's still super dangerous when he doesn't clown and he has a legit chance to win, IF he takes it serious. If not, he will be embarrassed. Yes, he is a shell of his former self but he's still pretty darn good, despite what these forums think. But you bring a legit point and Saturday will be a loss either way as Raziel pointed out. But hey, it's entertainment and don't tell me people don't want to tune in and watch, I sure do. I think AS will do better than people think if he takes it serious.
