Jones getting suspended would be the best possible outcome DC could hope for.

Let's face it, DC was going to get his ass kicked on Saturday. PEDs or no PEDS, Jones is the better fighter.

DC was viewed as a paper champ by most people since he never beat Jones. Now, if Jones does test positive for PEDs, people will question the legitimacy of his win over DC at UFC 182. Now DC looks less like a paper champion.

Not to mention that if Jones is suspended for 2 years, DC will likely never have to defend his belt against Jones, and his chances of having a lengthy title run and building a legacy have increased dramatically.
 
I now consider DC the real champ. Mutafucker earned that shit and was prepared to legitimize it. Jon probable took some GNC bullshit too duck DC.
 
Saying that JBJ is the better fighter would only be a fair assumption if they rematch while giving DC tainted supplements.

Yeah, Cormier has a horseshoe up his ass because he just lost millions of dollars while simultaneously finding out that Jones was likely cheating this entire time.....

More like Jones has a horseshoe up his ass because he got away with cheating, got out of jail time, got his interim belt back for beating a #7 ranked opponent, etc etc etc.

You act like DC was badly outclassed in that first fight. He wasn't. Also Jones looked pretty shitty IMO against OSP, spamming oblique kicks and doing hardly anything else of note. Jones may not be the same, or it could have been ring rust, but if he fought that hesitantly against Cormier it wouldn't have gone well for him. Cormier has much better hands and is very aggressive, Jones still has hellbows and kicks over him but if he's not his creative self then the chances for those shots to land see Cormier outstrike him IMO. Would have been a great fight too bad we'll never know what would have happened. I feel bad for Cormier as he doesn't get his shot at redemption, possibly losses out on a big payday, and considering his age his chances of winning if he ever does get it will just keep diminishing. Not to mention his only loss possibly came against a cheater.

BS Jones out worked DC in the first fight he got tired and that'why he lost he didn't get his ass kicked. Now knowing what we know now Jon was probably juiced in their first fight his hormone levels where highly suspicious. DC is the real champ here and always was. He got cheated on by a douchebag.

What is one payday compared to keeping his championship belt? Champions get paid more than non-champions, so in the long run not losing to Jones will be better for his career.
 
At least Cormier isn't a cheater like Jones.

I don't know if or why Jones used PEDs. I won't make excuses for him, maybe he was scared and had lost confidence after the arrest and suspension. He may have been using PEDs all along.

But I do truly believe that Jones would beat DC any given day.
 
LMAO, I'm pissed that the fight is off but the salt levels here are extremely high, so now if they fight DC steamrolls him as if they've never even fought before?
 
DC is a competitor. He's spent a long time wanting to beat Jones, and he may never get another chance. You can bet he's upset.

He also just lost millions of dollars.
