Probably true but that doesn't really speak as to who is better because Anderson's style is much more exciting and fan friendly.
 
I'm an Anderson fanboy and make no apologies for it. He's essentially been out of the game for a while now, but when a fighter pulls off an amazing slip or evasion who do the commentators compare it to? When a fighter pulls a Matrix-esque strike who do they compare it to? I like DC. He's a good guy and a fine fighter. Wrestlers seemed to be Anderson's weakness so who knows? Maybe DC could have taken a smaller, Prime Anderson. But for the foreseeable future every time a gifted striker explodes upon the MMA scene, the question will be asked - Is he the next Anderson Silva?

I just don't see people down the road asking if an amazing new fighter is the next Daniel Cormier. Again, he's a good guy. But even if he could have beaten Spider in their primes, DC is no Anderson Silva. Hell, with the possible exception of Bones or GSP, who is?

You do know he won a poll for best poster on Sherdog even though he wasn't even put on the poll til people (like me) insisted on him being there. There is a reason for that. Unlike you, he posts with maturity and reasonable knowledge of the sport. Earlier reading your posts on this thread I just did the Cormier incredulous head shake before I even realized it was you. Then I realized it would be pointless to even correct your stupidity.

Fan of both, though Silva more so. DC was either on serious medications or going very easy on Anderson. He did enough to win and not have to brutalize him. He easily took Silva down and snuggled.

Prime King Mo is very debatable. Many would think 2010 Strikeforce Mo. Or 2014-16 Bellator Mo. He's one of those fighters that hasn't really changed a lot, for better or worse.

Prime Anderson Silva shits on him either way. The fight would look a lot like King Mo vs Feijao.
