Goat is made up, p4p has a old school meaning that originated from boxing.
You can't be p4p if you haven't had to put lbs on the line at the highest level and win

No, P4P is the complete opposite, it's a subjective analasysts of what fighter displays the highest combination of skill and athletism in a sport *regardless of weight class*

It is for the purpose of distinguishing which champion is the better fighter since we will never see MM challenge Stipe for a belt.
