hello i'm gonna compete in a sub wrestling tourney tomorow and i have been dieting preety hard untill now, i have lost about 7pounds by eating alot less carbs then usually in one week, and i'm about 1-1,5pounds over my weight max, i know i sholdn't drink much so i can sweat out that last weight but what should i eat that doesn't weigh to much but still give's men enrgy for tomorows fights???
