David Allen (23-6-0 18 KO) rated the twelve hardest punchers he fought or sparred.

#1 was like getting hit by an actual house according to him.

#12 - Lucas Browne (did not carry much power)
#11- Nick Webb (heavy handed but no accuracy or speed)
#10- Joe Joyce (good jab)
#9- David Price (fantastic boxer but not a huge puncher)
#8- Oleksandr Usyk (not a huge puncher but great accuracy and speed)
#7- Dillian Whyte (very heavy left hand)
#6- Luis Ortiz (good speed, timing, and accuracy but not a particularly huge puncher)
#5- Tony Yoka (good speed, accuracy, and technique; like getting hit by a stone)
#4- Anthony Joshua (crisp puncher with good technique but not the heaviest handed.)
#3- Daniel Dubois (his jab is more powerful than 99% of fighters rear hands)
#2- Tyson Fury (very powerful body shots and strong)
#1- Dereck Chisora (like getting hit by an actual house)

It’s weird how fighters have such different opinions on opponents power, even when they’ve shared a ring with them. I’ve heard a few boxers say that David price hits ridiculously hard, and would be near the top of any list. This is a completely new take from Allen. And he clearly isn’t a fantastic boxer, he was very basic but used his length well. Horrible feet too when he put under pressure.

I can see why chisora could be up there as the hardest. Against Joyce half of his punchers were fuckin haymaker’s. Fury and Joshua aren’t going to be throwing shots like that in sparring, they’ll be far more technical

And looking at their respective records I can’t see how fury punches harder than some of those guys. You don’t need to share a ring with them to see that Joshua and Dubois hit harder.

ive not watched it yet, but Usyk has said Chisora was the hardest he has been hit by a fighter

also, i am from England, and i can understand nearly every dialect, but he is a fucking mess right now, sounds like Riddick Bowe

Fighters, as a collective, have a weird obsession with talking complete bollocks about stuff like this. It's more about maintaining their petty grievances, pumping up teammates and stroking their own egos than giving honest answers.

That doesn't mean Allen personally is talking shite. It just means so many others have dribbled so much shite that the well has been poisoned.

Yeah makes sense to me
