I train out of the same gym, Kaobon. It is legendary for having hard sparring. Colin, the head coach, is a firm believer in the best way to prepare for a fight is to fight in the gym.
Chute Boxe went hard. Wanderlei and Shogun had some wars and it didn't do them any harm.
Kaobon is the most successful MMA gym in the UK, if not Europe, so we must be doing something right
