You don't eat the yolk , the eggs whites are pure protein.
That would depend on your goals and how much nutrition and money you want to waste wouldn't it. The yolk has about 50-60% more protein per gram and the vast majority of all the other very valuable nutrients, it's a superfood, why would you throw that away? Not that you said you would of course.
I do use additional liquid egg whites to hit my protein targets but I'm not throwing any yolk$ away.

I literally work in patient nutrition. Eggs are high as fuck unless it's just whites.
Making it at home? What are you eating? Bread, cereal, bagels, muffins, eggs. All of these things are sub 50 cents per serving.

Yeah I've been eating 4 eggs on the regular for like the 10 years (maybe not everyday but at least 3-4 times a week). Got my blood levels checked and everything was perfect. Gf freaked out everytime I looked at a 3rd egg, but after the blood test she can't say anything hehe. Now upped it to a 5-6 scrambled, and loving it.Don't believe the lies you have been fed

White shell eggs come from chicks with white feathers, while brown shell eggs are produced by chicks with brown feathers. Nutritionally, they are the same unless they are fed differently... You should be fired, i guess...
