why did Bullseye’s super handcuffs need to be removed to get stitches on his head

Also, I know Matt's the hero and has almost as strong a No Kills Rule as Batman, but taking the round for Fisk? The man he hates above all others? Not you're smartest move, Red.

They should have had Bullseye try to shoot Matt during the dance, but hit Heather instead. And on that note, she's a highly qualified doctor, but when her boyfriend gets shot, she makes no attempt to give basic first aid. For example putting pressure on the wound.

Hol up there, she's a psychotherapist or psychologist right?

They have might have less lifetime first aid hours than a boy scout.

He's right though, someone who works with suicidal patients should have paid attention to the bleeding care section of their first aid recert class. So we can only assume she's a PhD and a ditz.

I thought Psychiatrists had to be fully qualified Doctors before becoming head-shrinkers.
