News Danny Barlow released from the UFC four days after UFC Vancouver split decision loss

I think you may just be a clown. It was an excellent exciting round and I can definitely understand someone with that opinion. Disregard I saw your AV. Definitely a clown

Dober/Prepolic's second round was far more entertaining, and that was fight was on the same fucking card. It's nearly November, there have been rounds far more exciting than Barlow/Santos this year. Even the CS has had far more exciting rounds.

It was a gimme fight for him (just watch Djorden vs Ozzy Diaz) that he ended up fumbling so I wouldn't be shocked if they decided to cut their losses with him.

I was never particularly impressed with him to be honest, but I'd imagine it's more a case of his contract expiring and them choosing not to renew.

This, too. Djorden Santos isn't very good, this was clearly an attempt for him to win his MW debut and get back on track against one of the weaker guys in the division.

Well considering many CS fighters haven't been cut after 3, hell even 4 losses in a row, I'd thought they'd keep him. And, if the fight was a wild entertaining brawl, then that's all the more incentive to keep a guy like that.

Cutting him 4 days after he just lost is surprising, that never happens. Rough few days for the guy.
"That never happens"

Dude the UFC cut Martin Buday who was 7-1 in the UFC.

They should have kept him imo. Dude likes swangin' and bangin'. He'll ko some other low level regional DWCS guys, or die in entertaining fashion for our viewing pleasure.

They just gave him one of the lowest level guys to come out of DWCS and neither of those outcomes happened lol

Same thing when he fought Nikolay, only that he won then. Funnily enough he's only fought contender series guys in the UFC I think; Quinlan, Nikolay, Sam and Djorden.

Imo he should just take the time to improce and fight in LFA for the time being. He's bad, but talented.

I missed the fight, was it a snoozer?

Shocked he's been released so soon, tbh.
Not at all -- it was a very good fight imo. He for sure lost, but it was a banger. I'm surprised they released him, but it may be best for his career.
