Totally get why he fought the way he did, but seeing how it was "UFC 200" and at that point, the fight was an exhibition fight....might as well just put on a fun fight for the fans. Even if he lost, his stock would have skyrocketed. Truly, if he just went for it with Silva and even got KO'd, the fans would have appreciated it...much more than winning the way he did. He would have been a hero. Take a fight with arguably the GOAT on 2 days notice and go toe to toe with him.. Fans would have been all over him. But at least his record is in tact...
