I think he ruined his career with this cut. He was a top 5 heavy weight who knows where he will be at LHW.

he looks great, i'm sure he'll do fine. close to where he wrestled at and all that fat off of him is gonna let him be a lot more mobile and throw a lot faster with better striking defense too!

He's what, 5'11? As I always said, no natural bodybuilder under 6 foot tall comes into contest weighing 200 pounds or over. There was never any question he could make LHW, it was how he would perform as a light, non cutting LHW.

212lb before a water cut - I lol'd every time Sherdog posters made ridiculous comments saying that Cormier would kill himself getting to 205lb.
The guy still isn't ripped. He's a small LHW - Weidman has cut to MW from a heavier weight than Cormier currently weighs.
It puts just how good his HW fights are into perspective. The guy is a tiny heavyweight. At LHW though he won't have the speed advantage and will still be the smaller guy. Rashad's his toughest test to date by far.

Call me crazy, but if DC had never went through his kidney crisis back in the Olympics, I'm 100% certain he could make MW.
