Ya, I wouldn't be surprised if they buy him out somewhere down the road. They need him on now to figure out how to transition things without losing momentum. I don't think they'll want him for 5 years and maybe he'll get sick of it too.
 
Many people diss Dana, as if they don't see what he has done for the sport. As if he did not pitch the Ferrtittas buying this thing and as if he did not have a love for boxing, and combats sports.

Years ago, right around the time Frank Shamrock was wanting back in the UFC and when Tito and Dana were meant to box I was flown out to Vegas, by Dana and got to hang with him for three days. I come from a totally different background than having any business interest in the brand, and was simply a fan of MMA from the beginning, was someone who connected with Dana at various things in LA or out and about.

Those three days I was out their I was around the office, went to Lorenzos home, hung with Dana, his family and kids personally and connected with many of the fighters.

I can tell you personally that he had a passion for the sport, that as much as I was a fan, he was. I remember conversations he had with Frank Shamrock in the car while driving that Dana never chose to disclaim why he did not become part of the UFC again. Situations with Tito that he never brought up.

For all the dirt that is thrown his way, though it does not matter, he is as much a fan of it all as we are, and so he gets the limelight and the glory, while also taking a beating and walking out the stress.

I attended a lot of the UFC and am as much as a fan today.

If anything I think Dana is as loved and hated for what he has done with the UFC, the same way George Lucas is with Star Wars. Just wanted to point out that in my opinion, with the sale of UFC, and with how many years he has invested and gone to bat.

Don't be stupid, get a person who has some moral fiber in his body and can read and see if he can do DFWs job just because of those things, completely irrelevant.

Dana White has produced more jobs in the last decade than Bernie Sanders has in his life.
 
is that around $100 million a year, like it or not he's bigger than any one fighter,
For the rest of his life, we're always going to be interested in what he has to say,
New ownership has 5 years to come up with a new personality
And I bet the new owners pay off their loans in 8 years

The UFC has created a lot of jobs over the years due to Dana's work in expanding the company.

What do you mean if i go around showing it to them?Is there another way?And no they stay cause i have over 100 million dollars!

sure he has done a hell of alot, kudos to his for that. but that has nothing to do with my post. I said dead money that is just being accumulated. There should be no limit on money a person helps the economy with, directly or indirectly. I was only talking about purely personal money that people greedly accumulate while outside their window theres 25% unemplomenty rate and high % of homeless than ever, countries going bankrupt, lower middle class coming to financial aid depots for food, asking for social support ....
