He's in his prime.. He didn't take very much damage, dominated the whole fight, finished rather quickly again without taking damage.. Champions these days work their career toward winning the belt first thing you hear is I want to take some time off.. these dudes love holding down the belt.. they want a long title reign before dealing with the stress of another title fight, which makes sense.. but Ngannou isn't a young buck either.. His prime won't carry on past 3-5 more years if he is lucky. Plus I believe at the negotiation table his management tried to play hardball. scoffed at the lewis fight, wanted Jon Jones.. asked for more money, and more times.. basically gave some bull shit, when Dana showed up all smiles like hey buddy when is the next fight I have August or around the corner..
