I was watching this podcast and thought I would post the interview. My main reason for this is because of that whiteboard on the right of the screen, you see a bunch of fighter names, and it got me to thinking... is this the list of fighters that maybe released?

The interview starts at 1:30:00 and it's time stamped.

EDIT: This is not a great interview by any means, but the show is fun for football fans.

Hard to say, can't make out some of the names. Their records are also beside their names with winning records in green and losing records in red.

Evan Dunham, wasn't he cut in August and there is red beside his name? It's strange to me is all.

Yeah, I see Fishgold's name with a record of 1-3 in red but he's still in the UFC. Who knows. If some of these people get cut then you'll have your answer. It would be pretty funny if Uncle Goof flashed his list though.

I’ve seen a room they have with a ton of whiteboards with every fighter’s name on it on embedded, maybe? I think it’s like a “matchmaking” room. Pretty sure that’s what you’re seeing there.

Alot of names on there. Would be shocked if they cut RDA

I see what I think is Misha Cirkunov up there at the top of the list and he has an upcoming fight, I wouldn't be surprised, but I keep thinking about all those "Big Names" that he said will be released by months end.

Looking at the names there... wouldn't be surprsed to see any of those guys go.. except maybe tyson nam

I'd be a little surprised at Glover since he's on a 5 win streak and just headlined an event last month...but he's old enough that maybe he'd choose to retire on a high note.

RDA hasn't had the greatest W/L ratio of late, even if he did win his last. It would explain the rumor that's going around of a champ being cut...a hell of a lot more understandable name than current champs people have been proposing, like Stipe.

RDA would be shocking bro lol

RDA, Tyson Nam, Jake Matthews

This is definitely not a list of people that are getting cut

I don't know. @RicardinhoPT How many fights does RDA have on his contract? This list could have been made awhile ago as Evan Dunham is on it and I think they cut him awhile back. It could be that these were names that were on the bubble, but like @Sweater of AV I guess we will see by years end. I'll bump it after the next line of cuts to see is there is any correlation.

Erik Koch just got released and his name is on that list.

Seriously though, it's still hard to say. As you mentioned, it might also be fighters who are near the end of their contracts, which explains why RDA is on there, and is probably from the Summer because some of the records aren't updated. For instance Tyson Nam is listed as 1-2 on the list but he fought in September and is 2-2 now.

I don't think Dana would cut RDA unless/until he hits a major skid and looks terrible. He's basically admitted to using RDA as a gauge of if someone is championship caliber or not.

Poor RDA. Does he really want to be that guy! Jesus, with a laundry list of killers at 145,155, and 170lb... Like I said, I think some of these cuts are conditional on losses and performances.

But ya time is ticking out on 2020.
