Media Dana White gets called out for his absurd claims about Intermittent Fasting

I have a standing bet with all my friends who fall for these diet scams that I'll eat a frozen pizza every day for month and still lose weight.

If I do they need to pay for all the pizzas. If I don't, well I'm already out $200.

None of them ever take it.

Use egg white protein if you can't handle whey.

My aunt lived on Chinese food when she went travelling. Pretty much ate it every night and never gained weight. Just like u said, calories in and calories out

I'm eating a chilled pizza now that's less than 1000 kcals and I'll still be under 2200 for today

Of course it is not optimal to eat junk often, as cleaner food is better and more fulling per calories, but fad diets mean fuck all. Eat enough protein and eat a little less to lose weight, or a little more to gain

Not rocket science

That's exactly why I have that bet: I'll just have ones that fit within my calories and I'll be fine. Add in some protein shakes to make sure I still get all my protein within my calories and I'll have the happiest mini cut of my life for that month. I'm honestly tempted to just do it on my own anyways as I know it would be so fun.

It's actually perplexing how much vitriol you see when people try and deny CICO and say it must be something else that causes fat loss. I personally find it incredibly freeing to know I can literally eat anything I want within my calories and not gain weight instead of worrying about having to eat only certain foods. That should only be a problem with people with allergies and diseases, not normal people. I never have to worry about McDonald's, pizza, shawarma, Chinese food, etc, as you just make sure you track it properly. Then same strategy as the pizza bet one of just having protein shakes to keep my protein levels as high as I want them to be if those junk meals aren't high enough.

If you go overboard one day just go underboard the next to account for it which is why I prefer to track everything across a weekly basis when cutting. Still trying to hit daily targets sure, but if the overall's where I want it to be it's perfectly fine. It's literally just basic math. People just want a secret hack when that is the secret hack.

Meanwhile when their vet tells them their dog's gotten fat they're told to... feed them less and walk them more. Geez, sure sounds like CICO to me.
