Well, no comment on the avatar. I have seen good threads from him and some shit threads from him however I admit I have some steamy turds for threads at times so I dont judge on Sherdawgs we all here to pinch one off and get pinched off on. Anyway, I think Dana White is saying that because he doesnt know really the facts as I find is usually the case. He is really an idiot outside of combat sport promotion. Bisping has no reason to lie, he may just not include all the information and "dooping" the doctors is pretty easy to do in many ways not just fake eye balls. Plus its not a fake eye ball it is a clear cover or a giant contact lens. If Benson Henderson gets by with a tooth pick in his mouth during a fight, fighters find a way.
Also, in all likely hood, Michael Bisping probably had a medical exemption to have that in his eye since it is not harmful to have its not going to "cut your eye" or scratch your eye, he has no functional eye to worry about scratching. For those who listened to the whole story on his podcast, not just watching him pull out his eye cover, he explains that his eye sight is actually not bad when you have one functional eye. The good eye (better eye) takes up the other eyes job so focusing isnt an issue. At the end of the day he ALWAYS PASSED THE REQUIRED EYE EXAM. Therefore the doctor probably knew about his eye and it was safe for him to fight with.

Loads of rumours came out straight after the fight, people were even saying it was a fix so mcgregor would get the belt.

Bisping’s story was a little suspect to me when I first heard it. Seems like it would be pretty standard to examine fighters’ eyes/shine a light to see pupils constrict. The jig would be up quick.

Yup, Bisping's eye was fine and ready for a fight. He then retired and removed most of it just to make doctors look like morons and of course to piss off Dana.

It's really not hard if you look at his fights, the way he fights doesn't really require a ton of vision.
There is a kickboxer, he fought in K1 a few times named Faldir Chahbari. He is completely blind in 1 eye, he lost use of the eye as a child but ended his career with a pretty good record of 101-12
