Fighter pay is a major problem for the UFC. It won't improve until Dana realizes its a problem.

Of course they would. Same reason shot boxers came to MMA for one last paycheck. Same reason Paulie agreed to fight Artem in BKFC. Same reason Mayweather keeps fighting non-boxers well past his retirement.

I'm for UFC fighters receiving higher pay. Pay has been consistently rising over the decades since UFC 1, which is encouraging. However, I'm all for a fighter's association to reduce the power imbalance between individual fighters and the promotion. But this thread is an overly simplistic treatment of human behavior.

LOL did not even know Woodley was released. No surprise. Well, like Askren he can go get a bigger payday than he's ever gotten from the UFC. Woodley is WAY more dangerous of a striker than Askren. Hmmm, this could be the first time since Woodley played the BS race card on the UFC that I've rooted for him...

The reason why Conor makes Infinite times more money than rest of the roster deserves is because he doesnt just talk the talk but he also walks the walk.

Jake Paul knows fighters might as well be on welfare with the scraps Dana feeds them, clearly using this to his advantage.
