Dana: GSP won rounds 1, 3, 5.

Again, it doesn't matter what scores you put down on a piece of paper. That's not the truth.

You either have no grasp of the English language as such or just terrible difficulties with the concept of truth.

The truth is your are just a butthurt GSP fan.

How so? GSP won.

Of course it matters. In practice the winner of a decision is the person the judges say is the winner. That's how the process works. One might think that the scores should have been different, but that's a vastly different thing than to say that they don't matter.

So explain deeper how the scores don't matter. Should be fun.

He was talking about his own scores.

As far as the judges are concerned I agree, what they say is the official result but that doesn't mean it's the true result of the fight, except on paper. If the judges say someone won and they are wrong they didn't suddenly change reality, they can't.

The pride judging rules are a perfect example - they looked at it as a fight.

Pride was more full of blatant robberies and shady decisions then the UFC will ever be if it continues to exist until the next milenium.

Also PRIDE used to score the last rd higher and emphasized the latter part of each rd in scoring. I think you can make a perfectly sound argument GSP would have won that fight on a PRIDE card as well.

In a real fight there would be no breaks and no end - in such a fight GSP would outcardio Hendricks.

You either have no grasp of the English language as such or just terrible difficulties with the concept of truth.

I understand the concept of truth well enough unlike you it seems but I will admit my grasp of the english language is too limited to teach it to someone who obviously needs professional help to understand even an easy concept like this.

How so? GSP won.

I don't know how, all I know is you are. Deeply, deeply butthurt.

My quote:

Fact is the judges - and really they are the only ones that matter - scored it for GSP so GSP won it. Deal with it and stop making an ass out of yourself.

Your quote

Again, it doesn't matter what scores you put down on a piece of paper. That's not the truth. The truth is your are just a butthurt GSP fan.

So how do you arrive at the conclusion that:

meaning me

was talking about his own scores.

Especially considering I have stated multiple times in this thread alone that I scored it 48/47 for Hendricks

This is from the post you quoted:

Again: I scored the fight 48/47 Hendro after watching it first and 48/47 Hendro after watching it again (with a very close rd 1).

So are you retarded or trolling?

Dana: "GSP, I rewatched the fight and I now think you won all five rounds. Baby, come back."

If the judges say someone won and they are wrong they didn't suddenly change reality, they can't.

That is exactly what they do they create reality. If a judge condemns you to a penalty you will have to serve that penalty no matter weather you (or anybody else) finds it fitting.

I'm not here to defend hendrix or gsp - I'm not a fan of either.
Gsp cause I don't like his fighting style (used to) and hendricks cause I don't like his personality.

My piont is:

Judging it as a sport, the vast majority scored it for hendrix, but an argument can be made for gsp.

Judging it as a fight, hendrix won and there is no argument.

That is exactly what they do they create reality. If a judge condemns you to a penalty you will have to serve that penalty no matter weather you (or anybody else) finds it fitting.

No they don't. They try and sometimes they get it right, sometimes they fail miserably.

If they told me green was red, green would still be green and red would still be red.

So are you retarded or trolling?

All I know is you are a retard and a troll, no question about it.

Meh. If you don't submit or knock your opponent out you've got no reason to complain about decisions - finish the fight next time.

You sound like Dana. It's not like be made a conscious decision not to finish. Georges is tough, remember "he left his soul in the octagon" (with French accent).

This thread isn't about who won or who lost, regardless of whatever facts or figures the pro's and con's come up with. It's irrelevant.

This thread is about who's being truthful... Ellenberger (who has nothing invested in the matter) or Dana White, promoter extraordinaire. It's not a hard conclusion to come to. It' one man's word versus another... who also happens to have a track record of being less than truthful.

No one should be surprised if people accept Ellenberger's version of events over Dana's.

Even when they fail what they just decided IS real. It does not go away if you close your eyes.

True, if you close your eyes while watching the fight it will become your reality.

Open eyes are underrated when it comes to seeing things for what they are though. Maybe not in your case, clearly you have issues lol

All I know is you are a retard and a troll, no question about it.

To sum it up:

- You misquote me
- You have a serious gap as to the concept of truth and reality

Your only arguments are:

- what the judges say is not real if I don't like it
- you are a butthurtz fangirl

are YOU this guy?

I think we don't need to keep discussing this. The judges have rendered their decision
you are a retard and a troll, no question about it.

True, if you close your eyes while watching the fight it will become your reality.

Well MY reality is Hendricks won 48/47 - this does not mean jack shit though as real reality ( you now the one that counts ) says GSP won. Get over it. I would say stopp now while you have still some dignity left - but I fear its to late.

He was talking about his own scores.

No he wasn't. That interpretation makes no sense.

I don't think that's true. If the judges say someone wins then that is reality. If the judges came to the conclusion in a flawed way that doesn't change the real fact that the guy they picked still won. Reality says that the one the judges pick is the winner, unless someone with authority overrules them (so rare that I shouldn't really mention it).

I watch the match multiple times. I felt bad for GSP. He didnt even came close to win the fight.

I feel bad for GSP fans, they cannot even see straight anymore.

Even my girlfriend, who doesnt know anything about ufc felt bad for GSP.
