Isn't this, like, kind of ridiculous? If there is any kind of legitimacy to these "blow ups" in pre fight staredowns and weigh-ins, surely by now the UFC would have taken precautions to ensure that UNTRAINED GUYS like Dana and Dave Scholler don't get caught between professional fighters.
Like, Dana looked flustered as all fuck when he turned around after getting Nate under control to see Conor completely unmanned coming straight for him. He looked genuinely concerned. It's absolutely ridiculous that he and Dave consistently are getting caught between guys. Obviously Dana fucking loves doing it, but from a rational viewpoint wouldn't it make more sense for the guy standing between the fighters be like a 350lb former NFL offensive lineman turned superstar bodyguard or something? It sort of makes it obvious that it's pre-planned? Get fuckin Ken Shamrock up there or something. Dude needs a paycheck obviously. Make him the official staredown conductor hahaha.
