Media Dan Hooker using the Olivera hair tactic

The truth is.... They're the same person.

<GOT2>

In this case I think Dan knows he's washed and is hoping just adopting the look of a FEARLESS RIZIN WINNER will make up for that...

...we'll see.

Spot on. Sage wisdom in your words.

Unfortunately I think both dans peak and the beginning of his downward slide took place in the Poirier fight. He looked his absolute best rounds 1-2. And hasn’t been the same fighter since the damage he took in rounds 3-5, and from fights after it. And don’t see any amount of peroxide poured over his head changing it.
He hasn't been the same because he adopted the point fighting style, which granted he was practically a zombie in the championship rounds against Poirier. You watch any embedded or training footage of Hooker and Edmund Bareman. It clear he's trying to turn Hooker into a point fighter like Volkanovski & Israel. Big difference is Israel & Volkanovski has the skills & talent to do it & also switch to being finishers if they have to.

Hooker is brawler at the core of it and that is where he fights best, that is why everyone thought he looked bad against Chandler, he was trying to stick and move, but that manlet gave Hooker no room as just blitz's him. He tried to do it against Islam & Allen and same thing

Edmond should recognize where Hooker excels at and work on that instead of trying to change Hooker entire fighting style.

As much as I don't like Gaethje and Trevor Wittman, he's smart enough to change Gaethje's style a little but still keep what makes Gaethje great at.
