Dan claims he got rich by playing in backroom poker games(note he has basically no verified winnings in legit tournaments). However, his dad was also a corporate raider in the 80's, who went to prison for fraud. But his dad did manage to put $120M in a trust for his two sons. Dan's claims of getting rich off poker just happened to occur around the same time he would've had access to his half. Dan claims he gave the trust money to his brother. You be the judge.

I thought it was self evident in my response, but the actual definition of race is not based on skin color alone. It includes other dimensions such as shared ancestry, language etc. When most people think of race, they think of skin color. The reason why that doesn't really work is that you have people who are white that can be from Pakistan/Iran, or people that look Asiatic but are really indigenous.

This forced them to engage in few avenues open to them, one of which happened to be finance, because they weren't subject to the Christian ban on usury (aka taking interest for loaning money).
