This news are a year old, dudes. Shit happened 31/12/2016.
Mirzaev mistreated some girl (also from Northern Caucasus) and her friends/relatives set a plot to fuck Mirzaev up. They set him up with another whore for a ONS, then the whore opened his apartment's door and let them in. They beat him with a bat, shot him with a traumatic gun (a pistol with rubber bullets, not a BB gun) and threatened him with a Saiga-12 to the head. He states that he managed to fend them off and they fled. Guess they just wanted to harrass, not kill Mirzaev.

Still Mirzaev is a shady fooker.
A lot of dudes from Caucasus behave like animals, are either involved with gangsters or at least are wannabe thugs, many carry those rubber bullet guns and treat them like toys, which takes some lives on a regular basis. Of course real gangsters have real guns.

He was 19 years old and did not train anywhere. Did not know Mirzaev, and said some joke to him. Not about him. To him.

There was no altercation. Guy told a joke, Mirzaev hit first and knocked him down. Hard.

Fuck you, Russia. If you beat someone like that, lodging pellet bullets in the skin of their head and body, you certainly weren't ruling out the possibility that they could die. One of the few places on Earth so large and expansive in its mass, yet still able to be broadly and blanketly described with some accuracy as disgusting.

Here's one interesting example: Russian people in dining, don't ask that you do, but tell you not to clear any plates from their table over the course of a multi-course food service, because they feel that the accumulation of trash all over their table is a means of showing-off their opulence. Call it cultural.

Agafonov was remotely controlling a toy car on the floor near the club entrance and asked Mirzaev if his GF wants to play with this car as well.

I seen a photo from their gym with both that guy and Mirzaev. Will post it if I can find it. And Agafonov trained MT.
Here you go. Also, court found that to be true. Dunno if it is, I haven't trained there and didn't know either of them.

However that dorky kid was 200+ pounds and was charged with mugging some cellphone dealer earlier and got kicked out of police academy for that. Not that dorky, eh?
My take on that story is that Mirzaev is guilty with manslaughter, but Agafonov was asking for it. Who the fuck hits on pro MMA fighter's girl with an RC car in a nightclub?
I know guys like that, many of them in Moscow. For most of them time is ticking for shit to hit the fan in one form or the other.
