Cyborg will make a guaranteed $500,000 and Holm will get a guaranteed $300,000 at UFC 219, per a document obtained from the Nevada Athletic Commission (NAC). Cyborg defends her UFC women’s featherweight title against Holm in the main event of the card. Neither has a listed win bonus.

In the co-main event, Khabib Nurmagomedov takes on Edson Barboza in a key lightweight matchup. Nurmagomedov will make a guaranteed $80,000 to show and another $80,000 with a win. Barboza will make a guaranteed $75,000 to show and another $75,000 if he wins.

Other than the main event fighters, welterweight veteran Carlos Condit stands to make the most Saturday night. He’ll make a guaranteed $115,000 to show and another $115,000 with a victory. Condit’s opponent, Neil Magny, will make $70,000 to show and $70,000 more if he wins.

She made a half a million a minute, she made a half million a minute.

(Anyone who gets this reference is my best friend)

guci mane. make the cheque out to "cash"

fair and true amount. actuallly encouraging, looks like UFC wants to add merit to having a belt. (i tried..

desperate for what.

They didn't have a good main event. That's why Cyborg/Hom is headlining what should have been one of, if not the biggest card of the year. The UFC was desperate enough to pay both Cyborg and Holm big money to come to an agreement.

500k is standard for a title defense

300k for challenger is also on par.

This is not some conspiracy, just normal pay for title fights.

I thought Khabib signed a new contract after his MJ win that paid him much more than that?

They must have been pretty desperate for that headliner on new years card then. Any other event this year, no way they'd be willing to pay her that amount of money.

Must be nice getting 500k paychecks to beat up nobodies in a lower weight class your whole career (obv excluding this one fight).

Good for her she deserves it. Cyborg been dominating WMMA for years and never got her just due. I'm glad to see her getting paid well and main eventing as well.

And now that we see that Cyborg and Holly are almost identical in size, the question becomes why did Cyborg turn down at least a million to fight Rousey?

Jesus. That's a lot of money for someone who will sell maybe 100k PPVs
