aging doesn't make your cheek bones swell, stretch your skin tight, cause unnatural resting expressions, frozen eyebrows... unless you're rich in Hollywood... but even there it isn't the aging doing that, it's the trying to avoid the effects of aging via needles and scalpels.

I've never understood it. I get septoplasty when there's real deviation, any level cleft repair, even maybe some light touches that really are more cosmetic than medically necessary, but these folks that look like they've been stretched, pumped, and filled... I'll never understand the desire to look that way.
