Cups?

Can someone please give me a link to a cup and compression shorts that wont move when grappling and striking.. Also can you wear normal gym shorts with a cup and the compression shorts?

yes this is the best compression short/cup system there is... due to the straps the cup won't move around

whats your shorts size?

28 in most jeans, but the shorts have m, l, etc

then I would get L in the Jaco shorts I am a 35 in mma shorts and I have the jaco guardians in xl and they fit prefectly

I would have posted earlier, but bubkus beat me to it. I would say pick up a M, I am a 30/32 in most fight shorts and I wear a medium.

im the same exact height and weight as you, get a small. the mediums going to be too big, im a 28, and the straps go up tawrds the top of the wastband inorder to have them tight enough, if you get a medium is going to overhang and rub into your waist.
