He might be able to sneak that through as a registered trademark after an expensive fight with WWE in the US but I really doubt it. The trademark is not granted, filing does not grant you a registration, there's time for others (WWE) to oppose it. Grounds would be similarity, confusion, passing off. Even if he registers it, I don't he has any chance of going around calling himself CSRO (pronounce it differently to Cesaro) because Antonio Cesaro covers that usage for a wrestler being called that. A registration for a picture won't protect him.

Registering the mark in Europe or using it - I don't think so because Cesaro (without the Antonio) is a pretty strong mark.

Nobody who is going to watch whatever company he ends up in are going to only know him as Cesaro.....dumb name.

Just be Claudio.

He should do something different and come up with a normal name like Bob.

Maybe Rob would be better...Robot Rob from Rheinau...with his patented Robot Rotation!

Maybe if his gimmick was to be a pasta chef.

Claudio isn’t great for an upcoming wrestler but he’s not.

Castello? Too like Costello?

Cezar pronounced K-Zar, like in Latin?

being that he's the Swiss Superman, always doing the feats of strength, I think he should've played into that more and gone for Cezarro instead.

fits his history, and would be good heel material.

worked for Nzo

I want Claudio back
