Anyone have any insight on ALGO?
I'm big on Algo. Best cryptographer in the world leads their team and is the guy who co invented zero-knowledge proofs which is key to whole crypto industry.

It's emerging as the leader as a platform for stablecoins to work with traditional financial institutions.

The interest they give you right now is huge just for holding as well especially if you get a decent amount.

But seriously most of y'all are just way too timid in this space. You need to take chances and put in some bigger amounts to get big returns. You may lose a bit on some but that comes with the territory and you can always exchange if you feel the need.

Putting in $10 here and there isn't going to do much. If you can afford it then a few hundred or few thousand on established coins or upcoming projects which have potential will let you see what this crypto red pill is all about.

I put quite a bit in 4 years ago.

Take the link pill then, fren.
Got $1000 worth. Traded my DNT profits for them on Coinbase. I was looking at uniswap as well and it ended up shooting up today. Maybe I'll get some of it dips.

Algo was launched in 2019 so I take you mean crypto in general.

Good for you if you put it in Bitcoin you must be riding high.

Yeah... crypto. Mostly BTC, ETH, and LTC. But some XRP and a bunch of other shit coins that did nothing.

I'm on Xrp train too. Hopefully the court case is done on the next few months and we see a comeback.

Hope you guys don't mind if I root against XRP. I would recommend you read the case against them, they have a history of dumping on their holders.

What would you say are the top 5 to hold in the next 5 years? I plan to put 5k in crypto. No BTC for me though.

Have you shared any thoughts on Algo previously?
No, but I don't hate it, and I think it's an intriguing project. I don't like to diversify too much though, as I think it's more risky to not be all in Chainlink.

Nah i'm in a good amount, I went 5 figures in with ETH, BTC and LTC in 2018, it's been really good, have almost cleared out this past week but i've decided to let it ride.. I just put in 2k into ALGO, everything i read about it is making it seem like they have all the right tools in place to be highly successful.

Coinbase and Kraken are obvious ones to buy it on (to my knowledge)

But, If it's foreign then you're not ready to put money in. There's no substitute for homework, because like all things the crypto space has jargon and movements that you have to be aware of (and to some degree "predict") in order to not make serious errors with your money.

Simple rules that I'm sure many have gone over.
1. Research a lot
2. Find out what you're willing to lose and that's what you'll invest
3. Don't overexpose yourself
4. Work into your investments, don't just dump it all in at once.
5. Think about next decade, and not next month.
6. Have a level-in and level-out plan. (and always keep a moonbag on any investment)
7. Think beyond crypto. If you make gains and level out, are you buying assets like Gold/Silver with that profit? What about fine art? Land? Maybe you won't have to worry about it because you lost it all. But if you gain... how do you keep the gain growing?
8. Seriously, research and create a plan for yourself.

I only have $25-100 invested in some of the low dollar stuff... I've just been dumping everything in ETH over the past couple months, probably more than I should but fuck it.
