Yup. It's going to force traditional lending institutions to compete with the DeFi markets just to keep their customers from fleeing their grip.
Yup . The smart banks will offer the same .

Wow big numbers, I have a small bag but hope to grow it in timeIt tells you on the staking page how much has been accumulated.
Just connect your wallet.
Without giving exact numbers I have over $20k worth staked and have earned near to $1k worth in the last month on it....
Okay I'm backAs much as everything is in the red right now it will be in the green the same % tomorrow or the next day. We've all seen this before. As long as we don't drop below 42k we're fine, it's probably a correction which generally does happen before it goes back up higher. Check the BTC charts for this calendar year and tell me these dips haven't happened after a rally then went up to where it was or higher. 4 times this year already. Plenty of money still going in. We're fine.
I went all in when it was $2-3 as I have alot of faith in the tech (I was buying when it was at more than $6), and that was before I even knew the staking was going to be at above 50% APY, I thought it might be at 8 or 10%Wow big numbers, I have a small bag but hope to grow it in time
What would you say are the top 5 things that makes API3 superior to Chainlink?I went all in when it was $2-3 as I have alot of faith in the tech (I was buying when it was at more than $6), and that was before I even knew the staking was going to be at above 50% APY, I thought it might be at 8 or 10%
This can head a portfolio, it's just most people wait for project to have 'arrived' before they get in big but by then price would have gone up alot.
Actually , M25 deserves some credit here also, him going on and on with his ridiculous delusions about Link led to more research and realizing API3 pretty much bitchslaps chainlink in every department and at an extremely undervalued price since it is only now taking its share of the market.
He would say retarded things like "It has no partnerships", yet if you looked at the project it was just waiting to make the big time, 125 partnerships as of now and counting, 10 year deal with Open Banking, it goes on...
Why don't you tell us, since you made the switch from being an insufferable Link cultist to jumping on the API3 wagon.What would you say are the top 5 things that makes API3 superior to Chainlink?
I know a lot more about Chainlink thank API3. You did research that lead to you "realizing API3 pretty much bitchslaps chainlink in every department".Why don't you tell us, since you made the switch from being an insufferable Link cultist to jumping on the API3 wagon.
I listed quite a few already.I know a lot more about Chainlink thank API3. You did research that lead to you "realizing API3 pretty much bitchslaps chainlink in every department".
You only listed the only 1 thing: 10 year deal with Open Banking
Can you list 4 more?
Yes I knew about those points. I just thought there were other things to do with new tech, big partnerships with real world applications, highly regarded scientists joining the team, etc.I listed quite a few already.
Far superior tech which isn't 3rd party middleware like link is the strongest one.
Can add it's a far better buy in investment opportunity now since it's early still with much more room to grow in value and genuine 100x is possible;
much higher staking rewards now;
Rapidly expanding partnerships and the API3 Alliance which is specifically against intermediary data sellers like Link.
Much fairer and more transparent governance and more truly decentralized;
Better for the data providers to have a 1st party oracle which makes the system overall more secure...
You must have known about some of these since I've been repeating them for months aside from the staking part.
either of them could pull out a 100x
If it overtook Bitcoin in market dominance then that's where it would be.For LINK to do 100x from here the MC would reach 2.5T
Link has an $11 billion market cap. It's dated tech and actually unnecessary so I doubt a 10x from here is possible but theoretically it could happen if the entire market grows.Yes I knew about those points. I just thought there were other things to do with new tech, big partnerships with real world applications, highly regarded scientists joining the team, etc.
Most of those that you listed are very vague to be honest. How do you judge it as superior tech when no one has explained what the tech is? And which is a better investment opportunity is not clear since either of them could pull out a 100x while the other dumps to never reach it's ATH.
What makes 1st party better than 3rd party when it comes to oracles?
I want to learn as much as I can before I invest in it.

API3 is only a $140 million cap as a relatively new project so a 100x to get to near Links current marketcap is very possible. Even more than a 250x could happen if it captured a large enough share of the market but let's be conservative.
The other questions are things I have posted about repeatedly and linked to articles which have been explained.
You playing dumb now is for some other reasons which I don't really care about.
You were roped in before as an obnoxious link cultist and then you did a total 180 and said they were garbage and were all over API3, and now you claim you haven't invested yet...
If with all this info and these benefits you still havent invested that's your problem.
That's the last I have to say on the topic to you.
I don't think at this point anyone should take much of what you say seriously.
I'm making a modest income just from staking my API3 right now and price is still in the very earliest regions.
Alot of the other points you raise are addressed here, so DYOR
Who knows really what goes through your brain? For all we know you got roped back into the linkcult again, your behaviour was not normal the first time.To be honest if you ask anyone here who holds API3 they won't be able to tell about any tech they have developed, the problems they try to solve and so on. They just buy because you tell them it is good.
I'm being more careful now lol
Let's say someone says the contrary of what you said: "If anyone wants answers on why Chainlink (or Band or any other Oracles) is better technology they can watch the video posted"Who knows really what goes through your brain? For all we know you got roped back into the linkcult again, your behaviour was not normal the first time.
If anyone wants answers on why API3 is better technology they can watch the video posted.
Then there's little point explaining to you in future.@TheMaster how is Chainlink tech outdated? I said it was outdated in my previous posts because I am dumb and don't know wtf I'm talking about.
