Progressives have finally gone too far and took the teeth out of the word "racist", to the extent that nobody really cares anymore. That used to be a serious accusation, but now nobody other than progressives take it seriously and you've finally obscured the word. People calling Trump a "racist" means nothing and until anybody provides proof, it just bolsters his support. People who probably wouldn't have voted otherwise, and are just sick of being expected to apologize for being white, vote for him because he's the only one who isn't asking them to. I haven't heard Trump say anything that supports any race over another, so these claims of "racism" with no proof are just helping him among voters who aren't racist.

What is my gimmick? Not agreeing with your dumbassery? I don't usually bother with you because you don't usually even post enough to respond to. Just angry sniping.

But in this case, there's a broader point to be made. I note that all of you guys--whether it's ripwarrior, LI, blood and iron or whatever, you, El Viejito/PBI, etc.--have to change the argument to make one. If you guys were to report what other people say accurately, your points would just melt away.

LI, for example, can't acknowledge that there is anything wrong with the Ferguson PD (or any number of other shit towns with corrupt and racist police force). And in any argument about the systemic issues, he changes it to being about Michael Brown in particular. And then when people point out the problems and obvious irrationality of his defense of racist policing, he says, "people are just calling me a racist because I'm happy that Michael Brown was killed!"

You were pulling the same kind of dishonest stunt in that post. You can talk about racial disparity in crime stats, but if you're suggesting that the cause is the inherent inferiority of blacks, that is, by definition, a racist point. You might move from there to asserting that racism is a correct ideology, which I think is clearly a losing argument, but at least an honest one. But you guys don't want to do that (or in some cases--see Wingslaught--I see people argue that racist beliefs aren't racist because the people making them believe them to be true).

I'm biracial japanese/ caucasian and was called a racists by friends on Facebook for saying I would have preferred Clint Eastwood playing Roland in the dark tower movie instead of Idris Elba. that is his thing. he just has the same talking points and sticks with them. for me it was 4 years of calling me a banned poster and a Hannity clone (whom i hate and am pretty far apart from on ideology). didn't matter the topic. it could have been a thread on Conor McGregor and he would say the same thing. i don't mind disagreeing and debating you, but at least bring something new to the table.

crazy thing is we actually had quite a long conversation in private, and he seemed like a decent guy. it just didn't translate to the open forum.
