Crying "racist" has jumped the shark.

It's only a matter of time before calling something "PC" and acting anti-PC is jumping the shark. A great, white shark. And a token shark.

The irony is that a guy like Forkfoot is more racist than the invisible enemies he fights against. The guy was an advocate for White Privilege, claiming that the color or your skin dictates who you are while purporting to be anti-racist. Mesmerizing, really.

:) Acknowledging the obvious fact that whites are privileged in America is the *real* racism.

All (insert group name) are (insert adjective) is racist, no matter how you much you want to justify it.

Nope. Not under any common definition of the term. And this is irrelevant, but it bothers me that your argument is poorly constructed. As an example, would you acknowledge that someone saying that right-handed people are advantaged in everyday society is both correct and not necessarily racist?

Right handed people are not a race, so it cannot be racist.

I'd be delighted if you would. You wanna at least try?

Have you ever been sued by the Justice Dept. for refusing to rent property to people of color? Have you ever said that illegal immigrants from Mexico are murderers and rapists?

Yeah, so your formulation doesn't work. Also, we're talking about more than an adjective in there to really make the point. In a time and place where blacks are discriminated against, would "all blacks are discriminated against" be a racist statement? Of course not. Doesn't work. And on substance, of course there's nothing racist about noticing that whites are privileged in America.

Wait, are people actually claiming that no illegal immigrants commit crimes?

And no, I've never been sued and wasn't even alive 45 years ago when they were going after all the landlords, but he wasn't found guilty and "refusing to rent to people of color" wasn't even the claim. The claim was that his managers were choosing buildings for tenants based on race, of which he wasn't found guilty. Again, it wasn't last year, this was about 10 minutes after Jim Crow laws were abolished almost half a century ago and most landlords did the same thing because it made them money.

If you want to get on him about anything, you can complain about his likely mob dealings when he was doing a shitload of developing all around places with heavy mafia presence.

Well if you weren't even alive and everybody else was doing it I guess it's OK then.

Settled a consent decree. Keep choosing your words carefully to imply something other than the truth. Just like a certain person running for Pres.
Consent decree is not found guilty or liable. Choosing words to imply something other than the truth is exactly what you're doing. Taking the absolutely true statement that there are criminals among the people who skip the vetting process of legal immigration and sneak across, chopping it up and turning it into "Mexicans are all rapists(and I guess only the brown ones to make it racial?)" and running with it, even though you know that's not what was said, is not honest by anybody's standards.

"When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending their best. They're not sending you. They're not sending you. They're sending people that have lots of problems and they're bringing those problems with us. They're bringing drugs, they're bringing crime, they're rapists, and some, I assume, are good people."
