MM has improved as much as just about anyone on the roster since he lost to Cruz.
I don't have a problem with the fight; I would rather see the champ fight anyone rather than sitting out. But it's a mismatch. A big one.

MM has already beat everyone more worthy so I am happy he is taking these fights instead of sitting out and waiting for new exciting talent.

He already said he is focusing on silvas record first before he thinks about 135 which is why I say throw anyone at him and get him to 135 late next year against Cruz or TJ depending on who has the belt then

these kinds of comments are overrated in my opinion - i think they are stated as confidence builders in themselves to make themselves believe the person is beatable - the more you say it, the mor eyou believe it - like visualization type stuff - but i dont think other fighters actually go into the fight scared or hesitant always - its just that the champ is better and that is boring to say if you're the challenger or trying to believe the champ is beatable

Let's not forget mm lost to picket at 135, should of lost to torres, and then lost to McCall at 125 and got slapped around by dodson. Cruz was just better than him at that point and still likely is.
