Crunching when low kicking

    Seems like most coaches where I’m from advocate this.

    Sometimes I do, sometimes I don’t. Especially in mma. Thoughts?

    Y'know your basement? Well right underneath that.
    Make sure your head is over your standing foot, so when you step out on an angle for a low kick I should be able to take a picture of you and draw a straight line from your head down to your standing leg. You don't have to CRUNCH necessarily, but your body needs to be bent in a way that your head is over that foot.
